The Sauna Experience

The benefits of sauna are endless. Enhance your mood, relax, and rejuvenate. Improve muscle soreness and recovery after exercise or simply unwind from daily stresses. Our wood-fired sauna has capacity for up to 10 people. We feature a large glass window to enjoy the scenery and a small changing room for your convenience. Finnish felt sauna hats and essential oils are available for complimentary use based on your mood.

You can book for either 30-minute or 1-hour group sessions or hire the sauna for private use and events.
